  • Executive Chef - Arnav Kamulkar

    Arnav is a Hotel School undergraduate at Cornell Nolan, passionate about blending fine dining technique with bold, creative flavors. He has hosted pop-up restaurants, authored a self-published cookbook, and cooked for NFL players, all before competing on Next Level Chef Season 4 with Gordon Ramsay. At Cornell, Arnav is focused on bringing Michelin-level hospitality to new audiences through immersive dining experiences.

  • Operations + Sommelier - Stephen Jin

    Stephen is a Cornell Johnson MBA candidate with hospitality experience at some of NYC’s top Michelin-starred restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, Atomix, and Aska. His passion for wine began with a love of connecting people, culture, and sustainability through food and beverage. Stephen brings deep hospitality expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and a commitment to creating refined, guest-centered experiences.

  • Service + Reservation - Emma Roder

    Emma is a senior in the Hotel School whose passion for food and beverage began when she competed on season 5 of MasterChef Junior at age 12. She has since honed her love for front-of-house excellence through experiences at The French Laundry and in diverse operations roles at Twin Farms, both Michelin and Relais & Chateaux properties. Emma is especially drawn to high-level service environments where attention to detail and genuine hospitality create memorable guest experiences. Beyond operations, she is committed to advancing equity in the industry, conducting research with Dr. Lilly Jan for Black Women in Food. She hopes to continue using both data-driven insights and her passion for serving others as a platform for meaningful change in hospitality.
